1. LEGAL ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

1. PLATFORM ROLE

FirstAsset is a technology platform and facilitator only that enables connections between property buyers, sellers, developers, and brokers.

The Company:

• Does not own, control, or sell properties listed (unless explicitly stated)

• Is not a party to any transaction

• Does not act as a real estate agent, broker, or legal advisor

All transactions are strictly between users at their own risk.

1. PROPERTY INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

All property-related information including title ownership, approvals, RERA registration, pricing, availability, specifications, and project status is provided on an “as-is” basis.

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability.

Users must conduct independent legal, financial, and technical due diligence before proceeding with any transaction.

1. NO GUARANTEE / NO ASSURANCE

The Company does not guarantee:

• Deal closure

• Price appreciation

• Rental yield or returns

• Possession timelines

1. LEGAL & RERA COMPLIANCE

Users are solely responsible for verifying compliance under applicable laws, including the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and local regulations.

The Company shall not be liable for non-compliant or illegal properties.

1. PAYMENTS, TOKENS & FINANCIAL RISK

FirstAsset is not involved in handling or guaranteeing any payments unless explicitly stated.

Any token amount, advance, or payment made is at the sole risk of the user.

The Company is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or financial losses arising from transactions.

1. SITE VISITS

Site visits are arranged only as a facilitation service.

Users undertake site visits at their own risk.

The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during such visits.

1. CHANNEL PARTNER TERMS

By registering as a partner, you agree:

• To provide accurate and lawful information

• Not to misrepresent properties or commitments

• To comply with applicable laws

Leads shared by FirstAsset remain the business interest of the Company.

Partners shall not bypass the Company to directly transact with such leads.

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

1. USER CONDUCT

Users shall not:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Engage in fraud or illegal activities

• Disrupt the platform

• Misuse data or contacts

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses

• Property disputes

• Failed or delayed transactions

• Actions of third parties

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 1,000.

1. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content including branding, logos, and materials are owned by ASAP Asset Holdings Private Limited.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

1. DATA USAGE

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and sharing of your data with relevant parties for transaction facilitation.

1. TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access, remove listings, or restrict usage at its discretion without prior notice.

1. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

1. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
